CRG is set to Open Corporate and Franchise Locations Inside Select Walmart Stores
Salt Lake City, Utah – March 1, 2026 – Carbone Restaurant Group (“CRG” or the “Company”), an emerging restaurant operator and franchisor, today announced its planned expansion of its quick-service pizza concept into select Walmart store locations across the United States.
The Company has secured initial approvals to develop it’s quick-service pizza restaurants inside Walmart stores and is actively moving forward with site development, permitting, and construction planning for its first wave of locations.
The fast-casual pizza concepts are focused on speed, quality ingredients, and operational efficiency. Each location is designed to operate in an 800–2,200 square foot footprint, optimized for high-traffic retail environments.

The Company believes its Walmart-based expansion model offers:

CRG expects each location to cost than $250,000 - $500,000 to open, and generate annual revenue and EBITDA margins that are higher than traditional standalone locations, though actual results may vary.
Accelerated Development Timeline
The Company plans to open multiple locations beginning in 2026, subject to construction timelines, regulatory approvals, and capital availability. CRG is currently engaged with investors and development partners to support its national expansion strategy.
