This is a casual Italian self serve restaurant and Take Out place with full Italian food offerings like Pizza, Pasta, Calzones, Paninis, Salads, and Wings with Vegan & Glutten Free options. We tried a bit of everything from the menu and were really impressed with the quality of everything - it’s brings Fast Food Chain Pizza & Pasta to a whole new level. Ingredients were noticeably fresh and we felt like we were in Italy. Their Pizza dough is made fresh in-house as well. Everything is cooked in their Fire Oven and we were impressed with how everything was evenly cooked & not soggy. Really enjoyed the intense flavours of the Thin Crust Pizza & Chili Cream Chicken Linguine - the spicy Pizza sauce was so good. If you like your pasta more Al Dente - just ask as some people like myself prefer it more Al Dente.. The Calzone was one of the best ones I’ve ever had - nice & crispy crust on the outside and soft & cheesy on the inside. The Panini is oven baked and not grilled in case you’re used to the grilled kind. The Lasagna is old school cheesy - reminds me of something from the past. Prices are very good for the quality. Service was friendly and Pindy the owner is a sweetheart - super nice.
