About Fast Fired by Carbone

Fast Fired by Carbone is a Canadian fast-casual pizza brand built around one idea: a pizza made exactly the way you want it, with unlimited toppings at a single price, stone-fired and in your hands in about three minutes.

The Concept

Most pizza asks you to choose from a fixed menu and wait. Fast Fired inverts both. The menu is a starting point rather than a limit, and the oven is fast enough that a fully custom pizza is a quick meal instead of an occasion.

One price, unlimited toppings Every pizza costs the same regardless of how many toppings go on it. There is no per-topping arithmetic and no penalty for wanting more on it, which is the single thing most guests notice first.

Alongside pizza, locations serve pastas, wings, salads and desserts. Menu detail for your nearest restaurant is on the Fast Fired menu page.

How Ordering Works

Guests move along an open line and build the pizza in front of the person making it, choosing sauce, cheese and toppings as they go. The pizza then goes into a stone oven and bakes in roughly 180 seconds.

Why the format matters. Building the pizza in the open means nothing is hidden and nothing is assumed. What you asked for is what goes on, and you watch it happen. The short bake is what makes that practical at lunch speed rather than dinner speed.

Orders can be placed in the restaurant or online through Fast Fired online ordering. Guests can earn points toward free pizza through Fast Fired Rewards, and larger orders are handled through catering.

Where It Started

The first Fast Fired by Carbone restaurant opened in Brandon, Manitoba in March 2018. That date is recorded in the reasons of the Federal Court of Canada in Blaze Pizza, LLC v Carbone Restaurant Group Ltd., 2024 FC 1770, which makes it a matter of court record rather than a claim by the company.

The format grew out of coal-fired pizza restaurants already operating in Winnipeg. The idea was to keep the oven and the ingredients, drop the table service, and let guests build the pizza themselves at a fast-casual counter. The brand has since been franchised into other provinces.

The Franchise Model

Fast Fired restaurants in Canada are operated by franchise owners. The brand supplies the format, the menu system and the operating standards; the owner runs the restaurant and hires the team.

For prospective franchisees. Fast Fired does not guarantee that a restaurant will achieve a particular level of sales, profit or investment return. Review the complete disclosure documents, agreements, costs and obligations, together with any authorized financial information, with independent legal and financial advisers before making a commitment.

Current franchise information is on the Fast Fired franchise page.

Locations and Menu

The restaurant list changes as new locations open, so it is maintained in one place rather than repeated across the site.
